My blogging goal is to share mistakes experiences on my journey so anyone in a similar situation would not have to re-create the wheel. This mission inspired a weekly KYSS (Keep Your Sandwich Simple) post to simplify your regular home or family tasks so you can better manage the addition of parent care.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A GENERATIONAL SANDWICH TO BENEFIT FROM THESE TIPS! As I have said before, I truly believe that we are all in the center of something so I encourage you to grab a cup of tea, take an afternoon break and hopefully you will find something to help simplify your life.
